Mistake
“Mistake” the word we are very familiar with it. One of the great person said that “if you didn’t make any mistake you can’t learn.” But………………
Is it really necessary, to make mistake for learning? I don’t know! It may be controversial.
Let me put one short story, about confident boy “Rahul”.
Rahul, nice guy, helping in nature having learning behaviour and positive and never give up attitude. He is MBA student and working for XYZ organisation as trainee. In early days he is very good for his Boss “Jai”. Actually their relation is not only the boss and employee, they are good friends. Whatever tasks given by Jai, it was well executed by Rahul(almost better than Jai’s expectation). But…………… “Kahate hai chandani raat bas 2 din ki hoti hai”…….. exactly the same way it happens in Rahul’s life….. His Boss recruited one lady her name is Mohini to guide Rahul(twist). At this stage Rahul almost completed more than half year in the oragnisation with good experience. Mohini’s first day in office : she don’t have her email_id to send Daily Report. This time Rahul takes initiative created id for her. From the first day Rahul is very helpful to her(since she is new and he respect her a lot). Rahul almost help her in every task. Time passes normally. After 2 months everything is all right till now. Director of the company came for visit in the branch and like some “ABC” tasks originally executed by Rahul but Mohini took all credit of that task.
Now In this Story Rahul made mistake that he shares all the techniques of completing the tasks with Mohini. That is his BIG MISTAKE. In all that Jai, Rahul’s boss also favors Mohini ( the girl factor). Rahul get hurt from this . But learned that not to share all the all the techniques of with your colleague.
At present, Jai is in Mumbai office got transferred, left Mohini as Rahul’s new boss, but Rahul still working as trainee.
This is Mistake.
